NFC Battery-Free Lock App Installation Guide

Follow the steps below to install the app and prepare your phone for NFC unlocking.

Download the App

Before You Start

  • Make sure your phone supports NFC.

  • Turn on NFC in phone settings.

  • Keep the phone close to the lock during unlocking.

  • Use the account provided by KENRONE or your system admin.

Installation Steps

  1. Download the app

  2. Install and open the app

  3. Log in to your account

  4. Turn on NFC

  5. Add or select the lock

  6. Tap the phone near the lock to unlock

Troubleshooting

  • App cannot be installed

  • NFC does not respond

  • Login failed

  • Lock does not unlock

  • Phone position is not correct
